9.24.24: Site Updates, Announcements, and more!

Hello my Lil Lotls! Rowan here. It’s been a while hasn’t it? A lot has happened so lemme give you the details:

Firstly, I went on a bit of an art hiatus after totally flunking final semester back in spring due to my mental health taking a divebomb. Having to deal with so much, losing friends and even a loved one back in October and November, really made bouncing back a lot harder; but, I made it through. I was lucky I was given the chance to repeat some of the classes I failed, and it’s been going great! I feel so much more at ease and a lot more confident and organized with my work.

As for any new site updates, I am making a brand new site to move my domain to; don’t worry, it’ll still be on Squarespace ;) I just needed a fresh new start with a template I actually enjoyed working with. The only issues I’m facing is how I’ll move the domain but you guys don’t need to worry about that; I’ll figure it out somehow and we’ll get a nice new look! Worst case scenario, I remake the current site with that template -3-

Regarding projects, I am happy to announce that I do plan on working on new comic stories, with one to be due for TCAF 2025! I’m still brainstorming the idea of what exact story I want to make, but I’ll likely know once school is over and begin production round January 2025. Alongside this, I’m gonna be launching stickers and prints of my various characters along with fan related works, so keep an eye out for when I post about it!
